This web page is provided in compliance with the IRS Public Inspection Requirements for private foundations.

Spirit and Truth Ministries does not maintain a permanent office. However, any person may inspect copies of the organization's Exemption Application and Annual Returns by submitting a request. As permitted by the IRS, the documents will be made available in one of the following two ways at the sole discretion of Spirit and Truth Ministries:

• The documents will be made available at a reasonable location selected by Spirit and Truth Ministries, at a reasonable time of day, and within two weeks after the request is received.
• Copies of the documents will be mailed to the requestor within two weeks after the request is received.
• Spirit and Truth Ministries will provide the name, address, and telephone number of an agent from whom copies of the documents can be obtained.
