This is the corporate home page for Spirit and Truth Ministries,
a United States 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorported
in 1991 in the State of Tennessee. Spirit and Truth Ministries
is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 4942(j)(3)
private operating foundation.
The mission of Spirit and Truth Ministries is to promote the
Gospel of Jesus Christ through singing, preaching, and other works
of Christian ministry and charity. We provide limited, one-time
assistance to needy families or individuals (funds paid directly
to service providers) in our local service area, currently
Knox County, Tennessee and its surrounding counties.

Donations
Donations received by Spirit and Truth Ministries shall never be used for any
purpose except charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary,
fostering national or international amateur sports competition, and the
preventing cruelty to children or animals. Also, no amount received as a
donation to Spirit and Truth Ministries will inure (personally benefit) any
officer of the organization, family member, or other private individual
associated with the organization. For more information, read the

Spirit and Truth Ministries is a Christian organization. Since its inception,
this organization has engaged only in activities that are charitable and
religious in nature. Contributions made to Spirit and Truth Ministries are
tax-deductible in the United States as a gift to charity.
